A joyful class created to energize, relax, and to relieve pregnancy discomforts. Let me guide you through the most difficult phase of your pregnancy and help to release the pain and keep you strong.
I have created this class through my own second pregnancy to ensure it really supports the needs and problems of us when going to this great but challenging phase of our lifes.
